Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Karvi Dryfruits, we know that when you order premium almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, dates, raisins, or one of our mixed dry fruit gift packs, you want them to reach you fresh, well-packed, and on time. This shipping and delivery policy explains how we process, pack, and ship your orders across India.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, we typically process and pack orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes- we appreciate your patience during these periods.

Each order is carefully quality-checked, weighed, and sealed in food-safe packaging before itis handedover to our courier partners, to ensure our dry fruits arrive as fresh as when they left our facility.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

Tricity ( Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh ):1 day
Rest of India (metro and major cities): typically 4–6 business days
Remote or rural locations: may take 6–8 business days, depending on courier serviceability
Neighbouring states Himachal Pradesh, Delhi NCR): typically 2–4 business days

These timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery may vary due to courier network delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on your order value, weight, and delivery location, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value from time to time; any such offers will be mentioned on the website or at checkout.

4. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across most PIN codes in India through our courier partners. In rare cases, certain remote or restricted PIN codes may not be serviceable. If your location is not serviceable at the time of order, we will inform you promptly and assist you with alternative arrangements or a full refund for that order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, so you can track your package's journey right up to your doorstep.

6. Packaging

All Karvi Dryfruits products are packed in sealed, food-grade, and tamper-evident packaging designed to preserve freshness and prevent spillage or damage during transit. Gift packs and hampers are packed with additional care to ensure they arrive in good condition.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances such as adverse weather, transportation strikes, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient was unavailable or the address was incorrect, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to us, which may involve additional shipping charges for reshipment.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at karvidryfruits@gmail.com with your order number, and we will help track down the shipment.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

We recommend that you inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or leaking, please refuse to accept the delivery, or accept it and record a short unboxing video, and inform us within 48 hours at karvifruits@gmail.com along with your order number and photos/video of the package. This will help us resolve the issue quickly. Please also refer to our cancellation/refund policy for how such cases are handled.

9. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at karbidryfruits@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been dispatched; however, once an order is handed over to our courier partner, address changes may not be possible.
